We recieved an email the other day from a user with a problem they where having with Microsoft Windows Vista. They wanted to use Firefox as there default browser yet Windows Vista would still use Internet Explorer when the user clicked a link?

How to Add a Printer to your Local Network

Many computer users have more then one computer in their home, and use a router to share the internet connection. Now rather then having multiple printers’ setup for each computer, you can easily set one printer up on your local network to be shared by all the computers on the same Workgroup.

This way you’re not shelling out a fortune in replacement ink cartridges for each printer.

How to Restore the Menu and Links function in Internet Explorer 7

Installing the NetBEUI Protocol in Windows XP

When setting up a local area network using Windows XP, you may have noticed that NetBEUI is no longer available as a protocol option. That’s because Microsoft no longer supports the NetBEUI Protocal like previous versions.

However it’s still available on the CD-Rom of Windows XP if you need to use NetBEUI under VALUEADD -> MSFT -> NET -> NETBEUI.
