One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to installing software on any computer; is having to stop and enter that long Product Key that’s needed just to use it.

And if you are like me, you’ve installed the software and thrown away the package or misplaced the product key.   

You know what? The vendor knows very well that you’re going to loose the product key. Why do you think they give you that cheap little paper CD envelope? I know why, because they want you to run out and buy another copy.

I get all sorts of calls from clients who just bought a new CD-RW or DVD Drive and can’t get their system to reboot or respond.
