Microsoft to offer single download for Windows Live suite
Tech News Posted by Rose September 3rd, 2007The New York Times reported this week that Microsoft is set to launch an installer that will download and access software to provide access to many Windows services, including Mail, Messenger and Windows Live Writer.
“The software release will offer PC users the option of downloading a set of the services with a single Unified Installer program, or as separate components. The individual services are Windows Live Photo Gallery, Windows Live Mail, Windows Live Messenger 8.5 and Windows Live OneCare Family Safety, a computer security program,” reports the New York Times.
Last month Microsoft started beta testing Windows Live Photo Gallery and Windows Live Folders – web based hosted storage, two services that will be a part of Windows Live suite.
