Hello Dawn,

I sent you an email with the instructions awhile back and suggested you visit the DELL Support site to get the driver needed. I do hope this resolved your issues.

I recently re-installed Windows Xp home edition on my computer and I can't get online. I was told that my network drivers have to be re-installed. Can you tell me how to get this done? Please help.

[...] I got a virus recently and it was from a usb. The bad part was even my ipod was affected. What the virus does is copy your files to exe then hide all your folders. That way you have no choice but to open the exe file. And that’s what messes up the computer even more. Thanks to www.pcwindowstips.com I was able to figure out how to see all my hidden files . And i also downloaded a Free trial of anti virus from www.antivirus.com to make sure my files are safe… Here’s the link if you have the same problem maybe this link can help you … Viewing Hidden and System Files in Vista [...]
