Like most parents that have children who use their computer, you’re always looking for a way to protect your computer settings from being changed or altered.

With this nifty windows hack you can hide the Manage My Computer.

  1. Go to Start -> Run -> Type: Regedit and hit OK
  2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Policies / Explorer
  3. Right click on the right hand side and Create a DWORD value called NoManageMyComputerVerb
  4. Set the value to 1 and close the registry editor
  5. Now Reboot your computer

The Manage My Computer should be gone!
