By default, after you upgrade to IE7 or IE8, the Menu and Links don’t show on the browser. To add them back in again do the following:
- Start the Internet Explorer
- Right click on the toolbar
- Uncheck Lock the Toolbars
- Next Click the Menu Bar
- And click the Links
