Monday, August 15, 2011 15:28

Many Internet Explorer users have had this very same problem, that they can’t save files a JPG’s (only Bitmap). It can be caused by  a number of reasons or errors however; first try emptying your Temporary Internet Files by doing the following,

Tools / Internet Options / Delete Files button

Now if that doesn’t work, try clicking in the Settings button / View Objects button and remove any files that show as Damaged or Unknown

Now if yoy have exhausted the above options that your Internet Explorer no longer allows you to save graphics as JPGs

  1. Go to Tools / Options
  2. Click on the Advanced tab
  3. In the Security section at the bottom, uncheck Do not save encrypted pages to disk
