If you start the Task Manager and menu bar and tabs are missing, then that means the Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode.
To fix this, simply double click on an empty space in the top border.

So of course the popup looked convincing enough so they clicked the upgrade now link. The program however is that pesky Cyber Security Spyware that constantly taunts the user with pop-ups wanting them to buy there program for $59.99 . Many users know Cyber Security predecessors too; System Security 2009 and Total Security 2009 applications ring a bell? As they too are very annoying and sometimes very awkward to remove from your computer as well as each program has its own unique install and registry hook.
