Well here is how, this comes in especially handy when you have just downloaded avatars, emoticons or digital images off your Sony Camera :)

An easy way to identify faulty device drivers

I get all sorts of calls from clients who just bought a new CD-RW or DVD Drive and can’t get their system to reboot or respond. They experience the dreadful blue screen of death, or their computer just locks up and doesn’t respond at all. This is normally due to a faulty device driver and can easily be identified.

Internet Explorer - Can’t save images as JPEG?

Many users have difficulty with their browser over a period of time. One of the most common issues is trying to save images through your browser but it wants to save them as bitmap, which is not the correct extension of the file yet you have no other options available.
