They installed Windows Live Messenger over a week ago but when Norton System Works launched the scheduled One Button Checkup it found several errors.
A number of programs rely on a file from Microsoft, called “msvcr80.dll”, however Norton System Works won’t allow permissions to the file. So users are reporting they are recieving the following error message.
C:\Programs\Windows Live\msnmsgr.exe “cannot access a necessary file, “msvcr80.dll”.
Well heres how to fix this little problem!
